Sonali Apartment places itself at a very prime location in the city viz. college road. SDC also undertook another project in Mahatma Nagar, another key locality named Ram-Krishna Bhakti Apartment. Sonali Edifice, residential cum commercial project, was developed & constructed at Ras Bihari Meri Link Road. It typically resides in upcoming suburbs of the city, with connectivity from 2 national highways and situated itself on 100ft. road itself. It has 16 2BHKs apartments & 4 commercial shops. The project was a robust success, which got sold 100% even before the part completion of the project.
